2.1 Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return and refund, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase must also be provided. Digital orders are not available for refund.
2.2 Return Process: Customers must contact our customer support team within three (3) business days of purchase to initiate a return request. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
2.3 Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to the original payment method.
